The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1/ Making Program Arrangements For An Archaeologist And Conservator Of Monuments, Together With A Site Visit Related To The Development Of The Scope Of Research, 2/ Obtaining The Required Permits And Notifications From The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Poznań, The Branch Office In Kalisz For Archaeological Works, 3/ Supervision Over The Exploration Of The Excavation, Locating, Registering And Packing Movable Monuments, Collecting Samples, Distinguishing The Markings Of Cultural Layers, 4/ Taking Measurements, Preparing Working Sketches, Collecting And Observing On An Ongoing Basis - Conducting Analysis,5/ Preparing Scientific And Research Documentation (Measurement Logs, Research Logs, Inventories Of Separate And Mass Monuments, Drawing Documentation Of Possible Archaeological Objects: Horizontal Projections And Profiles),6/ Preparing Drawing Documentation Of Characteristic Mass And Separated Monuments,7/ Securing Historic Materials,8/ Developing Research Results Along With A Query Of Sources,9/ If Necessary, Participating In Cyclical (Every Two Weeks) Coordination Meetings With The Participation Of All Industry Inspectors,10/ Organizing Ad Hoc Working Meetings And, If Necessary, At The Request Of The Ordering Party,11/ Preparing And Delivering To The Ordering Party, Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of The Meeting, Official Notes Containing The Arrangements Made And Delivering Them To Participants, And, If Necessary, Also To Other Interested Parties. The Approximate Time For Carrying Out Activities Related To Archaeological, Documentation And Security Research, Together With The Assurance Of The Archaeological Research Manager, Is 30 Hours.
