Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Support For Software Owned By The Ordering Party (Investigative It And Other Software)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Support For Software Owned By The Ordering Party (Investigative It And Other Software).2.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Its Own Expense To The Ordering Partys Office, B) Deliver The Software Along With Complete Technical And Operational Documentation, Utility Documentation, Certificates And Documents Confirming The Granting Of A License To The Ordering Party (Licenses May Be Delivered In Electronic Or Paper Form) For Its Use No Later Than Upon Delivery (Confirmed By Signing The Acceptance Protocol). In The Case Of Licenses In Electronic Form, The Licenses Should Be Delivered To The E-Mail Address Indicated In The Order Documents3.As Part Of The Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant Or Ensure That The Ordering Party Is Granted A License To Use The Software To The Extent Sufficient To Use The Software In The Manner Specified In The Contract. Ensuring That An Appropriate License Is Granted May Consist In Granting It By The Software Manufacturer. The Ordering Party Requires That The License Granted For The Software Be A Non-Exclusive License, Covering The Territory Of Poland, In At Least The Following Fields Of Use: A) Using The Software For Full Functionality Specified In The Agreement, B) Entering And Saving The Software In The Memory Of Computers And Other Devices On Any Number Of Workstations, Any Processing, Reproduction, Recording, Transmission, Storage, Display And Use, C) Installation, Launch And Operation Of The Software, D) Making A Backup Copy (Security Copy) Of Installation Media And Media With Installed Software, E) Using Products Resulting From The Use Of Software, As Well As Modifying These Products And Making Them Further Available, F) Introducing The Software To The Internal Network, To The Multimedia Network, Including The Internet.4. Part 1 Of The Procedure - Delivery Of Support For The Magnet Axiom Software Currently Owned By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Description Indicated In The Table Of The Offer Form For Part 1 Of The Procedure.5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service (Licenses/Support), Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include, On The Date Of Submission Of Offers: 5.1 Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 5.2 Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This
