The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Pork And Beef To The Prison In Hrubieszów, Part 1: Pork And Beef 1. Pork Meat - B/K Shoulder, Frozen In Vacuum Packaging Up To 15 Kg - 250 Kg, 2. Beef Tongue, Frozen, In Vacuum Packaging - 300 Kg, 3. Pork Liver, Fresh, Not Frozen 600 Kg, The Ordered Assortment Must Be Fresh, Of Good Quality, Free From Defects (Foreign Tastes, Odors, Mold Growths, Fragments Of Foreign Bodies) With A Shelf Life Allowing For Storage For A Period Of At Least: Meat - 3 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Office. Each Package Must Necessarily Contain The Following Data:  Name Of The Food,  Data On The Ingredients Contained Inside Food, Date Of Minimum Durability Or Expiry Date, Identifying Data Of The Manufacturer Of The Food, Net Content Or Number Of Pieces Of The Food In The Package, Storage Conditions If Its Quality Depends On Storage Conditions, Designation Of The Production Batch, Commercial Quality Class, Gross Weight. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order: A) But Not More Than 30%, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, B) Over 30% In The Event Of Failure To Deliver Within The Time Specified In The Contract. Contractors Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements And The Haccap System, In A Way That Prevents The Loss Of Taste And Nutritional Values. Deliveries Of The Articles Specified Above Will Be Made Successively From Monday To Friday To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located In The Prison In Hrubieszów, Between 8:00 A.M. And 1:00 P.M. For Part 1 - Once A Week. A Vat Invoice Will Be Issued For Each Delivery. The Quantity Of Individual Deliveries Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party By Phone Or E-Mail At Least Two Days In Advance Before The Delivery Date.
