Tenders Are Invited For Providing Café Services At The Nbp Headquarters

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cafe And Buffet Services For A Limited Group Of Consumers, As Part Of The Café Run By The Contractor At The Headquarters Of The National Bank Of Poland In Warsaw, At Ul. Świętokrzyska 11/21, With Limited Access For Outsiders. The Consumers Referred To In The First Sentence Are Nbp Employees, Members Of Nbp Bodies And Other Persons Staying At The Nbp Headquarters, Excluding The Contractors Employees And Other Persons Providing Services Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement On Behalf Of The Contractor. Consumers Will Be Able To Order (On-Site Or Takeaway) Selected Coffee Drinks And Teas For A Fee Of 50% Of The Price (Refundable). The Remaining 50% Of The Amount Due For Purchased Coffee Drinks And Teas Will Be Paid By The National Bank Of Poland. 2. As Part Of The Order Option, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Extend The Basic Scope Of The Order To Include Additional Coffee Drinks And Teas Sold To Consumers For A Fee Of 50% Of The Price. The List May Be Changed At Any Time During The Contract Period, With A Frequency Not Exceeding Once A Billing Month. The Method Of Introducing The Order Option Is Specified In § 1 Section 10 Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Specific Agreement. 3. The Contractor Will Also Sell Other Hot And Cold Drinks As Well As Sandwiches, Cakes, Snacks, Meals, Etc. In The Café Premises, Which Will Be Fully Paid For By The Consumers. 4. The Served Coffee And Tea Drinks Will Be Prepared By Professional Staff, At A Level Similar To That In Other Cafes Run By The Contractor5.Approximately 1,600 People Work In The Building Where Consumers Will Have Access To The Cafe Between 8:15 A.M. And 4:15 P.M., Monday To Friday. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To The Contractor Organizing Any Events Not Covered By The Contract On The Ordering Partys Premises. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Operate Other Catering Buffets In The Nbp Headquarters Facility And To Entrust Their Operation To Other Contractors, Which Means That The Contractor Does Not Have The Exclusive Right To Provide The Ordering Party With The Services Referred To In Section 1 And 2. 8. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Rooms With A Total Area Of ​​201.04 M2 In The High Basements In Blocks B And G Of The Nbp Headquarters, In Order To Equip It And Then Provide The Services Covered By The Contract.9.A Detailed Description And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Specification.
