Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Specialized It Training In The Field Of Cybersecurity For Employees Of Łuw In Łódź And Combined Administration Units As Part Of The Cybersecure Government Project.

Part 1 - Training Preparing It Specialists For Certification In The Field Of Responding To Security Incidents: Ec-Council Certified Incident Handler (E|Cih) Or Equivalent Training. Minimum Duration: 21 Training Hours, Generally Carried Out Within 3 Training Days. The Scope Of Training Should Include In Particular: • Principles Of Preparing The Organization To Handle Security Incidents; • Identification, Classification And Analysis Of Incidents; • The Process Of Responding To Incidents, Mitigating The Effects, Removing Causes And Restoring Operations; • Collecting And Protecting Data And Artifacts Necessary For Analysis;• Response To Typical And New Computer Security Threats;• Practical Exercises In A Laboratory Environment.Equivalence;If The Contractor Offers Training Equivalent To The Program Indicated, It Must Demonstrate In The Offer That The Equivalent Solution Meets All Of The Following Requirements:1. Covers Substantively At Least The Scope Indicated For A Given Training In This Opz;2. Has A Level Of Advancement And Target Group Not Lower Than The Training Indicated By The Name;3. Lasts No Less Than The Minimum Time Indicated In The Opz;4. Is Conducted By An Instructor With The Qualifications Required By The Organizer Of A Given Program Or Equivalent Professional And Teaching Experience;5. Includes Practical Exercises/Laboratories Appropriate To The Nature Of The Program;6. Prepares For Obtaining A Professional Certificate Issued By An Industry Organization Operating On The International Or Domestic Market, The Subject Matter And Level Of Which Correspond To The Reference Training;7. Provides Participants With Materials And A Training Environment On Terms No Less Favorable Than Those Of Opz.
