The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New One, Coming From Current Production And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Shoes To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Its Transport, Bringing It (If Applicable) To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Delivery Along With The Order Of The Manual Required For Operation In Polish (If Applicable), 3) Providing Technical Documentation, Use Related To The Subject Of The Order, 4) Delivery Of Warranty Documents Issued By The Manufacturer Along With The Order, 5) The Costs Of Transport And Insurance Of The Supplied Equipment Are Borne By The Contractor, 6) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Order, Including Its Course And Timely Execution, Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions And Applicable Legal Regulations. 3.
