Fuel Oil Will Be Delivered To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Date Proposed By The Contractor In The Price Offer (Offer Form), However, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Maximum Delivery Time Allowed By The Ordering Party Is No Longer Than 4 Days From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order By Fax Or E-Mail. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Confirm The Receipt Of The Notification To The Fax Number Or E-Mail Address Provided By The Ordering Party. According To Data From The Managers Of Individual Facilities, The Capacity Of Fuel Oil Tanks In These Facilities Is Equal To The Maximum Expected Volume Of A Single Delivery (In Accordance With The Data Included In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract). The Ordering Party Envisages Unloading The Fuel Oil From The Road Tanker Into Tanks Using A Pump At The Road Tanker. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Amount Of Fuel Oil Delivered At A Temperature Of 15° C According To The Indications Of A Legalized Measuring System With Compensation Up To 15° C At The Road Tanker.
