4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 750 Tons Of Road Salt, Including: • 600 Tons Of Road Salt In The Basic Order; • 150 Tons Of Road Salt In The Event Of Activation Of The Bulk Option With An Anti-Caking Agent Intended For Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In Puławy County In The 2026/2027 Season. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery (Loading, Transport And Unloading Performed By The Contractor) Of Road Salt To The Road And Bridge Circuit Base In Puławy, Ul. Składowa 20, 24-100 Puławy. Road Salt Should Be Delivered In A Non-Lumpy State, With Uniform Grain Size, Without Foreign Contaminants Such As Stones, Boards, Paper, Foil, Etc. The Main Parameters Of Road Salt Are Specified In The Standard Pn-86/C-84081/02 Salt (Sodium Chloride). The Ordering Party States That It Does Not Allow Salt Grains Below 1 Mm - Min. 90%. Deliveries Can Be Made Every Day Of The Week From 06.00 To 2.00 P.M., After Prior Telephone Arrangement With The Ordering Party (Telephone: 81 886 34 56). Note: 1. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Act Pzp.2.The Subject Of The Basic Order Is The Delivery Of 600 Tons Of Road Salt.3.The Subject Of The Option Right Is To Extend The Scope Of Delivery By Max. 150 Tons Of Road Salt In The Event Of Difficult Weather Conditions (Heavy Snowfall, Long-Term Icing), Resulting In The Need To Carry Out More Winter Operations Than Expected In The Basic Order.4.The Condition For Triggering The Option Right Is The Completion Of 100% Of The Basic Order. 5. The Option Right Is Activated By The Ordering Partys Unilateral Declaration Of Will Addressed To The Contractor In Writing Or Electronically (Scan Of The Letter Sent To The Contractors E-Mail Address) By February 10, 20276.The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim To Exercise The Option Right. 7. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part. 8.
