The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Large-Size Waste Management Services With Code 20 03 07 Originating From Residential Properties In The Rokietnica Commune, As Well As Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Term Of The Contract. Waste Will Be Transported To The Place Of Waste Management Using A Vehicle Of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. Waste Management Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Waste Act. Forecasted Amounts Of Large-Scale Municipal Waste From The Rokietnica Commune - 900 Mg. Bulk Municipal Waste, Including Mattresses, Carpets, Toys And Furniture, Is Understood In Accordance With The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, As Municipal Waste Generated In Households. The Process Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Management Of Bulky Waste Collected By The Ordering Party. Waste Subject To Management Should Be Managed Only In The Installation Within The Meaning Of Art. 30 Of The Waste Act, Which Is Available To The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As The Installation; B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure A Level Of Recovery/Recycling Of At Least 70% Of The Transferred Mass Of Large-Size Waste In Processes From R2 To R9; C) Compliance With The Registration, Reporting And Information Obligations By The Contractor.
