To Perform The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have The Following Equipment At Its Disposal: Task No. 1 - 2 Pieces Of Equipment - A Carrier With A 4X4 Drive For At Least 2 Axles With A Sand Spreader Type P1 Or Equivalent And A Medium Plow, - Equipment For Clearing Snow From Communication Routes - A Motor Vehicle With Drive On Both Axles And A Power Of 60 Hp To 80 Hp With A Plow With A Rubber Blade, Equipped With Devices For Spreading With Adjustable Width Appropriate To The Width Of Communication Routes; 4.4.The Contractor Should Collect The Necessary Amount Of Materials To Combat Slipperiness On His Own In Accordance With The Standards Specified By The Ordering Party. 4.5. From Being Called By An Employee Supervising The Winter Road Maintenance Operation. The Call Will Be Reported By Telephone And Confirmed By An Entry In The Duty Log.4.11.At The Request Of The Employer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clear Snow From Each Section Of Dirt Roads. The Contractor Will Start Work Within 12 Hours Of Being Called On Duty.4.12.At The Request Of The Employer, The Contractor Will Clear Snow And Eliminate Slipperiness On The Indicated Sections Of Sidewalks.
