1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Study Visit To Dublin For 8 Participants. The Visit Should Last 5 Days And Should Be Organized In October 2026 (Between October 12, 2026 And October 19, 2026)2.Scope Of The Service: 1) The Contractor Will Organize A Study Trip To 2 Academic Centers In Dublin, Ireland. The Duration Of The Visit Is 5 Days (4 Nights), And It Will Be Attended By A Group Of 8 Uws Employees, Staff Dealing With People With Special Needs. 2) The Contractor Will Ensure Visits To Academic Centers. The Contractor Will Ensure Participation In The Meeting With Units At The University Dealing With Support For Students And Employees With Special Needs Or Accessibility Aspects, And Will Provide The Opportunity To Get Acquainted With The Facilitys Infrastructure As An Example Of Good Practice In The Above-Mentioned Areas. 3) The Contractor Will Provide One Day To Get Acquainted With The Urban Infrastructure Of Dublin With A Polish-Speaking Guide. 4) The Contractor Will Provide Transport From Siedlce To Warsaw And A Flight From Warsaw To Dublin In Ireland And Return, With: - Transport - The Bus/Coach To The Airport Must Be Prepared To Transport 8 People, With The Possibility Of Traveling By A Person In An Electric Wheelchair, With The Possibility Of Taking Travel Bags And Suitcases, And Have Air Conditioning; The Ordering Party Expects 20 Kg Of Luggage For Each Person. 5) The Contractor Will Provide Full Transport, I.E.
