Request for Quotation for Construction of New Building for Public Health Division in Al Zaf Bidding Opens on: 16 September 2026 Due on: 29 September 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: DMT-RFP-26-071 Construction of New Building for Public Health Division in Al Zafarana Area Supervision Consultancy Services Project Scope The scope of works of the project includes but is not limited to the construction of a permanent light steel structure single story office building with modular and non-modular elements and building enclosure composed of a combination of composite metal cladding panels and concrete masonry blocks. The Contractor shall execute and complete all duties relating to Preconstruction, Construction, Testing & Commissioning and Handover of the whole and all parts of the Project stated in this scope and the contract all in strict conformity and compliance to applicable guidelines, requirements, codes, standards, and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction. The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to construct the Project in accordance with this contract, and to render the project and all its components fully operational and functional and legally usable/ habitable for the intended purpose. The Works shall be, unless otherwise stated in the Contract, be as indicated in the Drawings and in accordance with the latest Specifications, codes, standards, regulations and technical requirements of the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC), relevant Authorities and the Employer.
