Outreach and application support 2 local awareness campaigns per location: Battambang City, Sangkae District, Ratanak Mondul District to achieve at least 300 applications. Support from local youth volunteers or agricultural extension staff to help farmers and MSMEs apply. Data Consolidation: Assessment and Scoring Data entry: digital scoring form (Google form/sheet). Presentation/Business Profile Preparation for 150 shortlisted MSMEs. Field Visit Assessment Field visit assessment to the processing sites of 150 shortlisted and selected MSMEs. Assessment report. Evaluation and Selection Organize evaluation sessions for 100 MSMEs: 10 days, 2 sessions per day, 10 MSMEs per day. Scoring and data consolidation. . Bidding Components Step 1: Interested implementers/partners are to share their interest by filling out the form, by scanning the QR code, or click the link provided. Step 2: KE to invite implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date. The session will provide a detailed description of the project implementation. Step 3: Implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within three weeks after the project briefing. Step 4: The KE committee will review the submitted proposal and quotation. Step 5: Implementers/partners will be formally informed by the committee team after the evaluation.
