The Solution Will Support The Pp Services Professional And Administrative Case Management, Document Management, Archiving, Communication, Access Management And Processing Of Personal Data.The Estimated Total Value Of The Contract Is Nok 7,000,000 Excl. Value Added Tax.The Value Is Calculated For A Total Contract Period Of Eight Years And May Be Adjusted As A Result Of The Final Contract Scope, Agreed Clarifications And Price Index Regulation.The Procurement Is Carried Out Pursuant To The Procurement Regulations § 13-4 Letter B No. 2. The Client Considers That Only The Selected Supplier Can Cover The Overall Need As A Result Of Technical Conditions Related To Existing Integrations, Role And Access Management, User Management And Requirements For Data Integrity. After A Market Assessment Has Been Carried Out, No Reasonable Alternatives Or Substitutes Have Been Identified That Can Meet The Same Technical And Safety Requirements.The Client Has Based The Assessment On Previous Competition, Carried Out Market Dialogue And Updated Surveys Of The Market.The Contract Will Not Be Entered Into At The Earliest When Ten Calendar Days Have Passed, Counted From The Day After The Date Of Publication Of The Notice Of Intent. Any Objections Received Before The Conclusion Of The Contract Will Be Considered Before A Final Decision Is Taken On The Conclusion Of The Contract.
