The Starting Basis Is The Project Plan, Existing Drawing Documents And The Available Information Model / Digital Documents Of The Object.• Targeting And Verification Of The Actual Condition To The Extent Necessary For The Project, Including Checking The Continuity Of Existing Structures And Distributions;• Verification Of The Construction Law Regime Of The Plan And The Processing Of Documentation For Building/Plan Permission, If Necessary According To Effective Legal Regulations, Including The Necessary Cooperation And Procurement Activities;• Processing Of Documentation For Building Construction (Dps) Within The Scope Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll. And Decree No. 131/2024 Coll.;• Complete Professional Coordination – Architectural And Construction Solutions, Construction And Structural Parts As Needed, Zti, Heating, Air Conditioning/Ventilation, High And Low Current Electricity, Lighting, Fire Safety Solutions And Other Professions Triggered By The Design;• Solution To The Reconstruction Of Social Facilities, Technical Room, Kitchen/Bar, Corridor, Vestibule And Staircase According To The Project Plan, Including Connections To Existing Social Spaces;• Preparation Of An Inventory Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions And Control Itemized Budget According To Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., In The Current Version, In A Form That Can Be Used For The Subsequent Tendering Process For Construction Works;• Removal Of Trade Names And Other Discriminatory Technical Specifications, Unless Their Use Is Objectively Justified And Accompanied By A Requirement For An Equivalent Solution;• Cooperation During The Procurement Procedure For The Construction Contractor, Especially Answering Technical Questions And Incorporating Possible Explanations Into The Documentation;• Supervision Of The Designer During Construction Implementation As A Reserved/Optional Part Of The Performance, In The Expected Range Of 20 Hours; Will Be Drawn Only Upon The Customers Written Request.The Project Must Respect, Among Other Things, The Requirement Not To Propose New Penetrations Through The Roof Sheathing In The Affected Subsidized Part Of The Building, Unless The Client Specifies Otherwise In Writing.
