With This Tender, The Municipality Of Voerendaal Aims To Achieve A Sustainable, Future-Proof And High-Quality Redesign Of The Working Environment. The Level Of Ambition Clearly Extends Beyond Just Realizing A Cost-Efficient Solution. The Municipality Of Voerendaal Strives For A Structural Improvement Of The Working Environment, With Specific Attention To Acoustics, Functionality, Flexibility And Appearance. The Aim Is To Create A Working Environment That Optimally Supports Employees In Various Working Methods, Such As Concentration Areas, Collaboration Areas, Consultation Rooms, Hybrid Meeting Rooms And Meeting Places That Demonstrably Contribute To Job Satisfaction, Productivity And Employee Satisfaction. The Municipality Of Voerendaal Wishes To Conclude One (1) Supply Agreement On December 9, 2026 For The Delivery And Installation Of The Office Furniture With Delivery No Later Than June 1, 2027. A Total Budget Of €200,000 Is Available For This Tender. This Budget Excludes Vat And Serves As A Ceiling Amount Within Which The Tender Must Remain. Within This Total Budget, It Must Be Taken Into Account That The Costs For The Multifunctional Space Component (Room 1.20) May Not Exceed €10,000.
