The Municipality Wishes To Have The Permanent Paper Archives Edited. These Archives Will (Eventually) Be Transferred To The Regional Archives Northwest Utrecht (Ranu). The Assignment Focuses On The Editing And Remaining Cleaning Of A Number Of Archive Blocks As Described In The Document “Assignment Description Archive Editing De Ronde Venen”. It Is Important To Note That The Archive Parts Have Already Been Cleaned Before. A Final Final Check (In Broad Outline) Is What Is Still Needed. Any Documents Or Files To Be Destroyed Must Be Kept Separate And Included On A List Of Documents To Be Destroyed. The Further Settlement Of This Will Be Carried Out By The Municipality. There Is No Need To Assess At Document Level. An Archive Inventory Must Be Drawn Up In The Maisflexis Archive Management System For Archives To Be Stored Permanently. 597.7 Linear Meters Of Archive
