Property Planning In Accordance With §§ 34 Hoai, Service Phases 1-9 It Is A Completely Free-Standing Underground Car Park With No Impact From The Surrounding Buildings. The Underground Car Park Was Built Using Prefabricated Construction Using The Katzenberger System. Due To The Severe Damage At The Three Locations Listed By The Structural Engineer, Emergency Supports Were Installed. At Tg Wintersteinstr. 7, Concrete Repairs Should Be Carried Out On The Supports (Including Support Feet) And The Wall Base. In Addition, The Measures In The Areas Of Fire Protection, Electrical And Building Structure, Repair Of Leaky Expansion Joints, Painting, If Necessary Repair Of Ventilation And Underground Pipes Should Be Examined And Processed (By Other Specialist Planners).
