O Erecting Temporary Or Permanent Partition Walls And Assembling/Dismantling Flexible Sliding Walls. O Supplying, Repairing Or Installing Letterboxes (Individually Or In Battery), Stair Railings And Fall Protection In Accordance With The Applicable Safety Standards. O Renovating Or Preparing Stairs (Including Professional Removal Of Old Floor Coverings/Carpet And Adhesive Residues). O Installing Hanging Systems (Frame Rails, Curtain Rails). O Assembling, Anchoring Or Repairing Bicycle Sheds And Outdoor Furniture. O Accurately Drawing Up Damage Estimates And Expertise Reports For Insurance Purposes After Incidents Of Vandalism Or Burglary. A Pool Of Different Participants Is Created For A Maximum Period Of Four Years. All Conditions Of The Framework Agreement With Multiple Participants Are Determined In The Specifications. All Future Partial Orders Will Initially Be Awarded To The Tenderer With The Most Advantageous Quotation. Only Due To Temporary Unavailability Or In The Event Of Termination Of The Contract Either By The Board Or By The Initial Contractor, The Partial Orders Will Be Given To The Second Contractor, The Third Contractor, Etc. (In Order Of Notification). However, A Partial Order Will Never Be Placed In Competition. A Separate Notification Is Given For Each Partial Assignment, Stating The Nature And Scope Of The Works, Start Date And Execution Period. Each Sub-Contract Is Awarded Separately, On The Basis Of A Bill Of Quantities And A Previously Estimated Amount. No Minimum Amount Or Minimum Number Of Partial Orders Can Be Guaranteed.
