The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Various Types Of Medical Devices/Consumables - Sterile Sutures.The Order Is Divided Into 1 (One) Separate Item Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, An Integral Part Of These Instructions For Participation.The Contracting Authority Sets A Requirement For The Complexity Of The Bids For The Designated Position.The Term Of Execution Of The Public Procurement Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.The Validity Period Of The Offers Is 6 Months.When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order, Based On Art. 104, Para. 2 Zop, In Connection With Art. 61 Of The Ppzop, The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria. The Contracting Authority Requires From The Participants The Mandatory Presentation Of Samples By Certain Groups, By Certain Nomenclature Units Of The Designated Item, In Order To Prove The Compliance Of The Offered Product And Compliance With The Applicable Requirements For Medical Devices Contained In The Technical Specification And The Rest Of The Documentation.​​​​​​​​​​​​
