The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select A Contractor Who Will Be Assigned Design For The Purpose Of Preparing Design Documentation And Carrying Out Authors Supervision - In The Case Of Subsequent Construction Of A Site: Design And Authors Supervision For Sites: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network And Supply Water Pipes For Drinking Water Supply In Villages On The Territory Of The Shumen Municipality Under Separate Positions. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Separate Items, As Follows:Op 1: Design And Authors Supervision For A Site: Reconstruction Of A Water Supply Pipe In The Village Of Lozevo;Op 2: Design And Authors Supervision For A Site: Reconstruction Of A Water Supply Pipe In The Village Of V. Drumev;Op 3: Design And Authors Supervision For A Site: Reconstruction Of A Water Supply Network In The Village Of V. Drumev.The Subject Of The Order For Each Specific Item Includes The Following Activities:Activity No. 1 - Preparation Of A Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Under Art. 150, Para. 2 Of The Zut. The Complex Project Consists Of Two Independent Parts:​​​​​​​ - Preparation Of A Project To Amend The Detailed Development Plan (Ddp) Of The Route Of The Water Supply Pipes In The Village Of Lozevo And The Village Of Vasil Drumev And The Water Supply Network In The Village Of V. Drumev. - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, Together With Quantity And Value Accounts. The Technical Project Should Have Been Developed In Accordance With The Spatial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. For The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Other Applicable Regulations. The Technical Design Includes At Least The Following Parts: Water Supply, Structures Part, Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Studies Part, Electrical Part, Kip And A Part, Geodesy Part, Road Part, Health And Safety Plan Part, Obds Part, Fire Safety Plan Part, Construction Waste Management Plan Partactivity No. 2 - Exercise Of Copyright Supervision Under Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) For The Entire Period From The Date Of Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And For Determining The Construction Line And Level (Appendices No. 2 And 2A) Until The Drawing Up Of The Last Act Of Ascertainment Model Appendix No. 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction Or, When Remarks Are Identified In It, Until The Signing Of The Last Protocol For Acceptance By The Contracting Authority Of The Object Without Remarks.The Quantity, Volume And Scope Of The Individual Activities Under Specific Positions Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.​​​​​​​
