Delivery Includes: Delivery Of Active Electrical Energy, Preparation Of Documents; Planning And Forecasting On Behalf Of The Employer; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Freight Schedules On Behalf Of The Employer, With Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining Entirely At The Contractors Expense, And Participation In A Standard Balancing Group.In Its Capacity As Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Employers Site, Include The Employer As A Participant (In Relation To Ptee - Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, Without The Employer Paying A Participation Fee, And Provide Forecasting Of The Employers Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Hourly Consumption Schedules Of The Employer.
