The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Construction, Installation And Warranty Service Of Systems And Electrotechnical Equipment For Rectifier Stations On Specific Positions In Implementation Of Activities Under A Project Financed By The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027 (If Applicable), As Follows:Separate Position No. 1: Construction, Installation And Warranty Service Of A Backup Power Supply System For Tis (Rectifier Station)Separate Position No. 2: Construction, Installation And Warranty Service Of A System For Monitoring The Power Supply Of The Contact Network From Tis (Rectifier Station)The Subject Includes Services For Construction, Installation, Assembly, Testing, Commissioning And Warranty Service Of Specialized Systems And Delivery Of The Necessary Equipment For The Relevant Specific Positions, For The Needs Of Municipal Transport Ruse Ead In The Implementation Of Activities Under A Project Financed By The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027 (If Applicable) The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For The Services And Delivery Of Products That Meet The Requirements Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation. The Delivery Should Be Made To The Address Indicated By The Contracting Party, On The Territory Of The City Of Ruse. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Will Be Implemented Under The Conditions Of The Current Approved Documentation, The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And The Draft Contract - Appendix No. 2.For The Specified Services And Supplies, The Contracting Authority Has Made A Request For Their Inclusion In The Subject Of The Administrative Contract/Annex, Financed Under The Development Of The Regions Program 2021-2027. After Signing An Administrative Contract/Annex, Financing Will Be Provided, And At The Moment, The Completion Of The Supplies And Their Payment Is Requested By 30.11.2026. In The Case Of Setting Another Deadline By The Managing Authority Or Ensuring The Possibility Of Self-Financing, Clauses For Postponing The Deadline For Implementation Are Provided In The Draft Contract, Without This Affecting The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Specific Services And Supplies Under The Relevant Specific Position Proposed By The Winning Participant. According To Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The So-Called Reversed Order. In This Case, In The Public Procurement Notice, The Contracting Authority Stipulates That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Shall Be Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection.
