Provide Technical Assistance For The Preparation Of Comprehensive Waste Management Plans In The Communes Of Puente Alto, San José De Maipo, Cerro Navia, Iquique, Alto Hospicio, Coyhaique, Calama, Cañete And Chiguayante, With The Purpose Of Strengthening The Strategic Planning Of Waste Management At The Territorial Level, And Incorporating A Territorial, Participatory And Inclusive View, Which Considers The Social, Cultural, Productive And Environmental Particularities Of Each Commune, As Well As The Gender Equity, Respect For The Cultural Rights Of The Territories And The Effective Participation Of Local Actors, Including Indigenous Communities When Appropriate.
