The District Of Rosenheim As The Responsible Body, Represented By The City Of Wasserburg A. Inn, Intends, Subject To The Resolution In The Responsible Municipal Committees, To Award A Public Service Contract For Local Public Transport On The Mvv Regional Bus Route 431 In Accordance With Article 5 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 In Conjunction With Section 8A Paragraph 2 Pbefg, Section 103 Gwb. The Transport Services To Be Awarded Have The Following Expected Content At The Current Planning Stage: - Duration Of The Transport Contract: December 10, 2028 To Probably December 9, 2038 (10 Years). - Transport Performance Of Approx. 214,000 Nwkm Per Year (Including Empty Runs). - Use Of Three New Vehicles (Including - If Necessary After A Transition Period - Two Low-Floor Electric Buses And One Low-Floor Bus With The Option Of A Different Drive With A Length Of At Least 12 M. At Least 65% Of The Transport Services Must Be Provided With The Two Electric Buses. The Electric Vehicles Will Be Put Into Operation By January 1, 2031 At The Latest. New Or Used Diesel Buses Can Optionally Be Used During The Transition Period. - Estimated Contract Value Without Vat Per Year: Between 850,000 And 900,000 Eur - The Service Covers Approx. 14 Stops From Monday To Sunday. The Award Is Made Through A Europe-Wide Tender In An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 15 Vgv Information Above In Section 2.1 (Competitive Tendering Process (Article 5 Paragraph 3 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007)). The Start Of The Tendering Process Is Scheduled For September 10, 2027. The Use Of Subcontractors Is Permitted, But Must Be Approved By The Client. The Contractor Must Provide At Least 70% Of The Operating Services Himself (See Article 4 Paragraph 7 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007).
