Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – City Of Syke: Conversion Of The Hotel Wessel Into A Library And Cultural Center: Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Services Of Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors (§§ 34 Ff. Hoai). The Contract Includes The Planning Work On The Listed Existing Building, The Planning Of The Necessary New And Additional Buildings - In Particular The Connecting And Event Area Known As The Forum, Including The Staircase And Toilet Facilities As Well As The New Elevator System - And The Interior Concept For The Library And Cultural Center. To Prepare The Project, The City Of Syke Commissioned The Franke Architektur Office Interior Design With A Feasibility Study For The Conversion Of The Hotel Wessel Into A Library And Cultural Center With The Addition Of A Forum Including Toilet Facilities. The Study Is Available In The Updated Version Dated June 26, 2026 (Appendix B01). It Examines The Existing Building And Develops Urban Planning, Functional And Design Solutions Including A Usage Concept, A Catalog Of Required Measures For Each Floor And A Cost Estimate Based On The Bki Cost Indicators (New Building 2026, Old Building 2025).
