Innlandet Fylkeskommune C/O The Transport Department Invites Tenderers To A Competition For The Following Contract Work: Operational And Maintenance Assignments, With Independent Responsibility For Some Of The Assignments, On County Roads And County Foot/Cycle Paths With Associated Side Facilities, Side Areas, Equipment And Installations In Contract Area 3409 Valdres 2027-2033. In The Event Of Contradictions Between Information In The Tender Management Tool And The Attached Documents (Annex/Annex), Information In The Documents (Annex/Annexes) Applies Before Information In The Tender Management Tool. The Assignment Comprises Operational And Maintenance Assignments, With Independent Responsibility For Some Of The Assignments, On County Roads And County Foot/Cycle Paths With Accompanying Side Facilities, Side Areas, Equipment And Installations In Vang, Vestre Slidre, Øystre Slidre, Nord-Aurdal, Sør-Aurdal, Etnedal And Parts Of Nordre Land, Vågå And Gausdal Municipalities In Accordance With The Road List Given In Chapter D2-V. As Gran Municipality Is Transferred To Akershus County, Parts Of The Contract Area From 1.09.2028 Will Be Transferred To The Operations Contract 3410 Land Hadeland. The Transfer Includes The Contact Network In Nordre Land And Gausdal As Well As Parts Of Etnedal, Nord-Aurdal And Sør-Aurdal. Approx. 142 Km Of Road Will Be Transferred To The Operations Contract 3410 Land Hadeland From The Same Date. This Applies To Winter Areas 17, 18, 19 And 20. The Amounts In The Contract Are Calculated Based On The Units Connected To These Routes Only Being Included In The Contract In The First Contract Year. The Road Network Included In The Assignment Consists Of: 628 Km Road In Total, Of Which 612 Km County Road 16 Km County Foot/Cycle Path Traffic On The Road Network Varies From Approx. Aert 50 To Approx. Aert 3500. The Assignment Mainly Comprises Routine Operational Assignments And Maintenance Assignments On The Road Network. The Assignment Also Includes Inspection, Inspection And Registration, Planning Of The Company, Stand-By As Well As Winter Operations And General Traffic Management, Documentation, Reporting To The Builder, The Work Will Be Settled According To Unit Prices. The Contract Period Is From 2027-09-01 To 2033-08-31 For All The Assignments That Have Been Described.
