Public-Service Buses – Purchase Of Electric Buses – Part I. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Bus And A Portable Plug-In Charger, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements, Were Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Bus (Hereinafter: Opz Of The Bus) And The Technical Specification Of The Charger (Hereinafter: Opz Of The Charger), Respectively, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 2. A Detailed Description As Well As The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Subject Of The Order As Follows: 1) Electric Bus - A Minimum Of 36 Months Full-Vehicle Warranty (Without Mileage Limit) For Assemblies, Systems, Bus Components, Bus Equipment And Software, With The Exception Of The Traction Battery, 2) Body Perforation - A Minimum Of 10 Years, 3) Traction Batteries And Storage Device Installed In The Bus For Its Failure-Free Operation And Implementation Of The Declared Mileage (Min. 150 Km) - Minimum 96 Months, 4) Portable Plug-In Charger - Minimum 24 Months - Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol With The I Accept Clause. The Warranty Period Referred To In Point 1 Of This Section Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria Under Which The Contractor May Obtain Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter Xix Of The Tor. The Other Minimum Warranty Periods Required By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Points 2 To 4 Of This Section, Do Not Constitute A Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Compliance With The Principle Of Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm), Referred To In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, To The Extent Applicable To The Subject Matter Of This Contract. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection, Waste Management And Handling Of Batteries And Accumulators, To The Extent Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With The Ordering Party To The Extent Necessary To Demonstrate Compliance Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order With The Dnsh Principle, If Such An Obligation Results From The Documents Regarding The Project Referred To In Chapter Iii, Section 15 Swz, Or Applicable Legal Provisions. 5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Did Not Include A Full Description Due To The Limited Field Size (Number Of Characters).
