Software Package And Information Systems – Energy Management System. The Assignment Includes The Delivery, Implementation And Support Of A New Energy Management System (Enms) For Leiden University. A Well-Functioning Energy Registration And Monitoring System (Ebs) Is An Integral Part Of The Enms Solution. An Ebs Is Legally Required For The Majority Of Buildings. The Enms Solution Must Therefore Comply With The Applicable Guidelines As Established By The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (Rvo). With This Tender, The Client Aims To Have A Scalable, Future-Proof And Secure Saas Solution That Provides Access To Reliable Energy Information And Provides Support For Legal Obligations, Financial Processes And Sustainability Objectives. The Enms Functions As The Primary System For Long-Term Storage, Management And Analysis Of The Clients Energy Data. The Enms Must Integrate In A Robust And Traceable Manner With Existing Systems And Data Sources Of Leiden University And Be Suitable For Data Exchange Within The Existing Information Provision. The Order Consists Of The Following Parts: The Delivery, Implementation And Support Of An Enms As A Saas Solution The Delivery Of Monitoring Services Aimed At Data Quality And Continuity The Delivery Of Additional Functionality Modules And Dashboards (Optional) There Is No Purchase Obligation For Part 3. The Client Wants To Be Able To Purchase Modules And Dashboards Optionally And Separately Depending On Use During The Term Of The Agreement. Whether Or Not Part 3 Is Offered In Full Does Not Constitute A Ground For Exclusion. The Extent To Which The Functionality Of The Requested Modules And/Or Dashboards Is Offered Is Included In The Quality Assessment Of The Registration.
