Chełmońskiego 43 In Wrocław: Internal Cleaning Area: 2,980 M², External Cleaning Area: 340 M². 2) Facility No. 2 - Indoor Swimming Pool Upwr At Ul. Chełmońskiego 43A In Wrocław: Internal Cleaning Area: 910 M², External Cleaning Area: 50 M². 3. The Detailed Scope Of Activities, The Minimum Frequency Of Their Performance, Requirements Regarding The Organization Of The Service And Staff, Schedule And Supervision, Cleaning Standards, Used Agents, Hygienic Materials And Equipment, As Well As The Method Of Performing Individual Works Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter: Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As: Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5. Place Of Service: Facility No. 1 - Upwr Multifunctional Hall At Ul. Chełmońskiego 43 In Wrocław, Facility No. 2 - Indoor Swimming Pool Upwr At Ul. Chełmońskiego 43A In Wrocław 6. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order (Which Includes Object No. 1 And Object No. 2). 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. 8. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Terms Of Reference.
