The Contracting Authority Also Draws Attention To The Business And Other Conditions For The Fulfillment Of The Required Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Stated In The Draft Contract, Which Will Be The Result Of This Public Procurement. Any Necessary Expenses For Adapting The Connection Of The Offered Devices To The Mentioned Networks (If Relevant) Must Be Included In The Final Price. The Documentation Of The Operating Files Forms Annex E.1 Of These Tender Documents. The Offered Goods Must Meet The Technical Specification, Listed In Appendix E.1., In Accordance With The Specified Tolerances. The Trusted Contracting Authority Allows Dimensional Tolerance On The Condition That The Tenderer, At His Own Expense, Adjusts And Ensures The Activities And Appearance In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Paragraph In Compliance With All Valid Standards Related To The Subject Of Delivery.
