The Investment Is Located Along Ul. Główna At The Intersection With Railway Lines No. 17 (Łódź Fabryczna - Koluszki) And No. 25 (Łódź Kaliska - Dębica), In The Villages Of Justynów And Janówka, Andrespol Commune, Eastern Łódź Poviat, Łódź Voivodeship. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Investment In The Design And Build System, Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, • Design And Construction Of A Collision-Free Intersection With Railway Lines No. 17 And No. 25 In The Form Of A Road Viaduct Over The Pkp Tracks Along The Newly Designed Course Of Ul. Główna And A Tunnel For Pedestrians And Cyclists Along The Existing Route Of Ul. Main; • Liquidation Of The Existing Rail-Road Crossing, Category A, No. 017 016 046, Located At Km 16+046 Of Railway Line No. 17 And At Km 21+056 Of Railway Line No. 25, Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure And Adaptation Of The Railway Traffic Control System (Srk); • Reconstruction Of The Existing Platforms Of The Justynów Station And Providing Access From The Planned Tunnel To The Platforms Via Stairs And Ramps; • Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Adjacent Road System (Ul. Główna, Ul. Lokatorska, Ul. Graniczna, Ul. Rumiankowa) Along With The Construction Of Sidewalks, Parking Spaces And Road Lighting; • Demolition, Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of Conflicting Land Infrastructure Networks, Underground And Above-Ground, To The Extent Necessary To Enable The Implementation Of The Planned Construction Project (Power, Telecommunications, Traction, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks); • Construction Of Technological Channels; • Construction Of Drainage For The Designed Road System (Together With A Power Generator For The Water Pumping Station), Engineering Structures, Platforms And Tracks; • Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs Colliding With The Investment And Compensatory Planting; • Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, In Particular Decisions On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), Decisions On Environmental Conditions, Water Permits And Other Consents, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Law. The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order Should Be Developed In A Way That Enables Obtaining A Final Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) And Then Carrying Out The Designed Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
