Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Purchase Of Electricity For The Facilities Of Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. In Kołobrzeg For 12 Months. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Sale Of Electricity By The Contractor For The Needs Of The Ordering Party (Uzdrowisko Kołobrzeg S.A. In Kołobrzeg) To Ppe In The Facilities Indicated In Point 2 Below, Partly With Installed Photovoltaic Panels, Along With The Service Of Receiving And Settling Electricity Introduced Into The Network Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso) From These Micro-Installations. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Sale Of Electricity To 16 Energy Consumption Points (Ppe), Along With The Reception And Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Dso Network From Micro-Installations For 6 Ppe. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current License, Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office, To Conduct Business Activities In The Field Of Electricity Trading In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law, And A General Distribution Agreement Valid At Least Until The End Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Concluded With The Distribution System Operator To Whose Network The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Connected, Enabling The Sale Of Electricity To The Facilities Covered By The Order. The Agreement Does Not Cover Electricity Distribution Services Provided On The Basis Of A Separate Distribution Agreement Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Dso To Whose Network The Ppes From Annex No. 6 Are Connected. The Condition For The Implementation Of This Agreement Is The Simultaneous Validity Of The Distribution Agreement. If The Current Distribution Agreement Requires An Extension Or Changes Necessary For The Sale Of Electricity By The Contractor In Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Such Extensions Or Changes To The Distribution Agreement On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, And The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor The Necessary Powers Of Attorney (Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party). A Change In The Tariff Based On The Distribution Agreement With The Dso Cannot Be The Basis For Changing The Sales Price Of Electricity By The Contractor.
