Waste Incinerators – Advanced Combustion Optimization System (Accs). The Present Assignment Concerns One Lot And Includes The Design, Supply, Configuration, Integration, Testing And Commissioning Of An Advanced Combustion Control System (Accs) For The Optimization Of The Combustion Process On Oven Lines 1 And 2 Of The Ivago Waste-To-Energy Plant (Aec). The Accs Must Supplement The Existing Basic Control In Scada (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) With An Advanced Optimization Layer That Automatically Adjusts Set Points For More Stable And Efficient Combustion And Steam Production. The System Must Also Have Monitoring And Reporting Functionalities, With Which The Operational And Technical Performance Of The Combustion Process Can Be Monitored, Analyzed And Reported. Objectives: • Stabilize Furnace Combustion And Steam Production • Increase Waste Throughput • Increase Energy Yield (Steam Production) • Reduction Of Auxiliary Fuel • Reduction Of Operator Interventions • Reduction Of Necessary Raw Materials To Keep Emissions Under Control • The System Should Also Function As A Monitoring Or Reporting Tool The Order Is Considered To Be An Order Against A Fixed Lump Sum Price, Which Includes All Work And Deliveries As Specified In The Specifications. The Whole Must Be Integrated Into The Existing Automation And Control Environment Of The Installation. The Solution Should Be Implemented On A Pc-Based Server Or Workstation With Sufficient Capacity To Continuously Collect, Process, Analyze And Store The Necessary Process Data. The Contractor Must Provide All Necessary Software, Licenses, Communication Components And System Configurations Required For A Fully Operational System. The Contractor Defines The Required Communication With Scada And Implements It. The Proposed Solution Must Be Suitable For Continuous Operations And Must Take Into Account The Required Availability, Reliability And Cybersecurity Of The Installation. The Implementation Can Only Continue During A Planned Shutdown Of The Power Plant In 2027. An Exact Date Has Not Yet Been Set, But This Will Be After March 31, 2027. The Contractor Must Undertake To Be Ready For Implementation By March 31, 2027 At The Latest.
