Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Public Service Delegation Relating To The Management And Operating Of Passenger Transport Services In The Territory Of The Community Of Agglomeration Of Épinal. The Purpose Of The Consultation Is To Delegate The Management And Operation Of Mobility And Passenger Transport Services Within The Territorial Jurisdiction Of The Épinal Urban Community (Réseau Imagine). The Epinal Urban Community, Mobility Organizing Authority, Is The Delegating Authority. More Precisely, The Delegated Missions Are As Follows: • Basic Offer: Operation And Management Of Public Passenger And On-Demand Transport Services Across The Community Territory According To The Principles Defined In Article 5.1 Of The Program Document. Candidates Must Respond To The Basic Offer. The Delegate Will Ensure The Management And Operation Of These Services For A Firm Period Of Three (3) Years With A Possible Renewal Of Two (2) Times One (1) Year, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of Five (5) Years From 09/01/2027 And Until 08/31/2032 Maximum Within The Framework Of A Public Service Delegation (Dsp) Within The Contractual Scope.
