The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Therefore The Development Of Documentation For Building Permits According To Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On The Documentation Of Buildings And The Acquisition Of The Relevant Building Plan With The Acquisition Of Legal Force According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act, As Amended, Including The Provision Of Statements And Opinions Of Doss And Managers Of Utility Networks. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Development Of Project Documentation For The Execution Of Construction And The Development Of A List Of Construction Works With A Statement Of Measurements In Accordance With Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On Determining The Scope Of Documentation For A Public Contract For Construction Works And A List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Measurements, As Amended, Including The Control Budget. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes Preparatory Work - Processing The Necessary Surveys.
