The Nrw Construction And Real Estate Company Is Renovating The Facade Of The Emil-Figge-Str Building. 50 In Two Construction Phases. From Q1/2027, The Users Of Construction Sections C-E Will First Have To Move Into Replacement Rentals And Will Have To Be Provided With Data Network Technology With Lan And Wlan By The Itmc. Existing Components From The Ef50 Can No Longer Be Used Due To The Fiber Optic Infrastructure (Fibre-To-The-Desk) Still In Place There.
