The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Renting And Servicing Work And Business Clothing Intended For Industrial Washing, Along With The Rental Of Clothes Lockers And Drop-In Lockers For Used Clothes For Employees Of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. Z O. O. In Tychy. 2. The Scope Of Services Provided By The Contractor Under The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Carrying Out Measurements Of Employees And Selecting The Appropriate Clothing Sizes; 2) Equipping Employees With Work And Service Clothes Intended For Industrial Washing In Accordance With The Specifications Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 3) Individual Marking And Recording Of Clothing In The Identification System; 4) Collection, Industrial Washing, Sorting And Delivery Of Washed Clothes In Accordance With The Schedule Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Using Own Transport At The Contractors Expense And Risk; 5) Ongoing Repairs, Tailoring And Clothing Replacement; 6) Rental And Operation Of Clothing (Service) Lockers; 7) Rental And Operation Of Drop-In Cabinets Intended For Collecting Used Clothes (So-Called Dirty Bins); 8) Arranging Clean Clothes In Individual Employees Lockers; 9) Providing An It System For Recording And Managing The Circulation Of Clothing And Ongoing Handling Of Changes Regarding Employees Covered By The Service. 3.
