Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Itzehoe, Alsen, Art And Cultural Center Fire Protection. Fire Protection Planning According To Aho Publication Series No. 17 For The Art And Culture Center On The Alsen Site In The City Of Itzehoe. The Tendered Service Includes Service Phases 1-5 And 8 In Accordance With Paragraph 1.4 Aho Publication Series No. 17, December 2022. Service Phases 5 And 8 Can Optionally Be Called Up At The Clients Sole Discretion At The Earliest After The Necessary Committee Resolutions, Official Approval And Funding Notices Have Been Submitted. The Client Reserves The Right To Request Individual Service Phases. The Contractor Has No Legal Right To Commission Further Service Phases Or Other Services That Go Beyond This. The Services Must Be Provided Free Of Third Party Rights. The Services May Be Further Used By The Client And Changed In Part Or In Their Entirety Without This Giving Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. In Addition, Special Services Should Be Commissioned. These Must Be Adopted And Taken Into Account In The Calculation. The Agreed Planning Services Include The Components Shown In 4.1 And 4.2. Further Necessary Services (Third Parties) Will Be Commissioned As Part Of The Further Course Of The Project. For Any Additional Services, The Net Hourly Expenditure In Euros Must Be Stated For The Project Management, Employees And For Technical Draftsmen And Other Employees With Comparable Qualifications Who Carry Out Technical Or Economic Tasks.
