The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Collection Services For Solid Municipal Waste Generated In Households From The Municipality Of Chodzież (Hereinafter Referred To As The Commune), Excluding Waste Related To Running A Business. The Subject Of The Order Includes Residential Properties And Other Waste Collection Points Specified In Annex 11-13 To The Swz. 2. The Contract Award Procedure Is Conducted By The Ordering Party In The Form Of An Open Tender Called Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residents Of The Municipal Municipality Of Chodzież In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 - Procedure Number Nizp.271.9.2026. 3. Short Name Of The Procedure: Waste Collection And Management - Gm In Chodzież - 2027 4. The Contractor Will Transfer The Collected Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste For Management To Municipal Installations (In Accordance With Article 35(6)(1) Of The Waste Act) Entered On The List Kept By The Voivodeship Marshal - In Accordance With The Principle Of Waste Specified In Art. 20 Section 2 Of The Waste Act Or To An Installation Intended For The Thermal Processing Of Municipal Waste Or Waste From The Processing Of Municipal Waste. The Use Of Reloading Stations Is Permitted To The Extent Permitted By Law. The Contractor Will Manage Separately Collected Municipal Waste Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties In A Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installation, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 5. The Contractor Will Also Collect And Manage Municipal Waste Delivered By The Owners Of Residential Properties To Pszok. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented By Organizing Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential Areas, Built-Up With Single-Family, Multi-Family And Multi-Unit Buildings. 7. Paints, Varnishes, Plant Protection Products), Used Batteries, Cells And Batteries, Tires, Furniture And Other Large-Scale Waste
