The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For Coordinated Photography And Video Production Abroad. The Contracting Authority Assumes An Estimated Total Contract Value, Including Option Years, Of Approximately € 700,000, Excluding Vat And Excluding Indexation. This Estimated Total Order Value Is Indicative And Is An Estimate Of The Expected Size Of The Order. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. The Maximum Value Of The Orders To Be Purchased Under This Framework Agreement Is € 840,000 Excluding Vat, Including Indexation, During The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement. This Amount Constitutes The Absolute And Binding Upper Limit Of The Total Value Of All Orders To Be Purchased On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. Once This Maximum Value Has Been Reached, No Further Orders Can Be Placed Under The Framework Agreement.
