The Object Of This Contract, In Accordance With Article 99 Of The Public Sector Contracts Law, Is The Supply, Installation, Start-Up And Guarantee Of A Specific Crusher For Bulky Waste And For The Vegetable Fraction (Pv) Intended For The Reus Bulky Waste Plant, With A Capacity And Performance Adequate To Serve A Plant With An Approximate Annual Treatment Of 4,000 Tons Of Bulky Waste And To Complement The Crushing Of The Pv For Volume Reduction And Transportation In The Plant. Composting. The Contract Includes The Delivery Of The Equipment, Transportation, Assembly, Operating Tests, Personnel Training And A Warranty Period And Initial Maintenance, As Well As The Minimum Technical Specifications Necessary To Ensure Compatibility With The Processes Of The Bulky Plant, The Improvement Of The Compaction And Pressing Of The Bulky Materials And The Increase In The Capacity And Quality Of The Crushing Of The Fv. The Equipment Will Be New.
