Consumables For Vascular Punctures Constituting The Subject Of The Order, In Terms Of Required Parameters And Quantities, Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of Deliveries, Including Access To The Ordering Partys Buildings, Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. Required Deadline For Partial Deliveries: 3 Business Days From Placing The Order. 5. The Minimum Shelf Life Of The Product Is At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 6. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Use At Least 75% Of The Gross Value Of The Awarded Order. The Use Will Depend On The Number Of Patients Reporting To The Ordering Party. 7.
