Form Of The Competition: The Operation Falls Within The Scope Of The Provisions Of Book Iv Of The Second Part Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp) - Objective Of The Competition: The Objective Is To Appoint A Project Manager For The Rehabilitation Of The Hangar Located On Quai De Lepi In Saint-Tropez In Order To Improve The Functions Already Present And Defined Below: - The Shipyard, - A Clothing Store, - A Store Fittings And Installing Part Of The Harbor Masters Office. The Work Will Be Carried Out On A Site Free Of Any Activity. - Plot And Perimeter Of The Project: Plot No. 77 And Part Of Public Space - Surface Area Concerned By The Project: Approximately 1700 M2 - The Entire Surface Area Concerned Is To Be Treated As Part Of The Project. The Part Of The Estimated Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Is €3,000,000 Excluding Tax In The Value Of The Month Of July 2026 1/General Procedure: The Competition Is Organized In Two Phases: • First Phase: Candidates Submit A Complete Application File Allowing Them To Verify The Conditions Of Participation And To Implement The Selection Criteria Defined In The Competition Notice And Specified In Article 10.2 Of The Competition Regulations Application Phase. The Jury Analyzes The Applications And Formulates A Reasoned Opinion On Them. In View Of This Notice, The Buyer Then Selects A Maximum Of Three Candidates Admitted To Compete, Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Admissible Applications Presenting The Required Abilities. • Second Phase: Participants Anonymously Submit A Project File Whose Design Level Corresponds To A Sketch +.
