The Municipality Of Veenendaal Publicly Contracts A European Public Liability Insurance Policy (Sub-Assignment 1), In Combination With A Good Employership Insurance Or Equivalent Product For Employees And Temporary Workers (Sub-Assignment 2). Both Sub-Assignments Are Inextricably Linked In Terms Of Premium And Coverage And Are Awarded To One Contractor On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio. Commencement Date January 1, 2027, Term 3 Years, With Option To Extend 3 X 12 Months (Until January 1, 2033 At The Latest). The Assignment Includes Two Inextricably Linked Sub-Assignments: (1) Liability Insurance For The Municipality Of Veenendaal And (2) Good Employership Insurance (Or Equivalent Product, Such As Damage Insurance For Employees During Working Hours Or 24-Hour Accident Insurance) For All Employees And Hired Workers. The Municipality Of Veenendaal Has Approximately 70,000 Inhabitants. The Agreement Commences On January 1, 2027 For An Initial Term Of 3 Years, With An Option To Extend 3 Times Of 12 Months (Deadline Date January 1, 2033). Amounts Insured, Deductibles And Number Of Employees/Contracted Workers To Be Insured Are Further Detailed In The Schedule Of Requirements (Appendix 1.B) And The Risk And Information Document (Appendix 2.A).
