The Association Of Swiss City Gardeners And Horticultural Authorities (Vssg) Outsources The Management Of Its Office As Part Of An External Service Mandate. The Office Supports The Board And Other Bodies Of The Vssg In Fulfilling Their Tasks And Ensures Professional, Continuous And Efficient Operations. The Mandate Includes In Particular Technical Support And Advocacy, Organizational And Administrative Support For The Board And The Associations Bodies, Internal And External Communication, Finance And Accounting, General Administration As Well As The Organization And Coordination Of Events, Working Groups And Other Committees. This Includes, Among Other Things, Collaboration On Projects And Technical Issues, The Preparation Of Decision-Making Bases And Meetings, The Maintenance Of The Website And Other Communication Channels, The Management Of Accounting And Membership Administration As Well As The Organizational Support Of Events And External Stakeholders. Strategic, Political And Statutory Decisions Remain With The Responsible Bodies Of The Vssg.
