Subproject 1 Includes The Construction Of A New Laboratory And Office Building For Medicine (2Nd Construction Phase) With Estimated Construction Costs Of Approx. Eur 65 Million Gross (Kg 200-500); Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In May 2028 And Finish In May 2031. Subproject 2 Concerns A Teaching Building For Medicine (3Rd Construction Phase) And Is Designed As An Optional Service Component That Is Only Commissioned On Demand; The 3Rd Construction Phase Includes, Among Other Things: Internship Laboratories, Microscope Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Lecture Halls, A Library And A Cafeteria. The Estimated Construction Costs Here Are Around Eur 74 Million Gross (Kg 200-500); Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In July 2029 And Finish In July 2032. The Project Should Be Implemented Using The Bim Methodology; The Contractor Takes On The Role Of Bim Specialist Coordination In The Bim Process.
