The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of: - Collection And Management Or Transfer For Management To An Authorized Entity Of Municipal Waste, Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Originating From Real Estate Located In The City Of Mława, Where Residents Live; - Collecting Collected Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Processing It Or Handing It Over To An Authorized Entity For Management; - Providing Bags For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Of Basic Fractions (Paper; Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging Waste; Glass; Bio-Waste) To Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Built With Single-Family Buildings, Including Issuing Additional Bags At The Request Of The Entitled Persons; - Providing The Ordering Party With Bags For Selective Collection Of Clothing And Textile Waste In Order To Supply All Property Owners Who Pay The Municipality A Fee For Municipal Waste Management. The Order Will Be Fulfilled In Accordance With Generally Applicable Law And Local Legal Acts.
