The Maximum Number Of Sections That Can Be Assigned To A Tenderer Is Set At 4. The Quantities Of The Study Are Indicative. It Is Allowed To Modify The Quantities Between The Lines Of The Contract. The Quantities Can Be Modified With Items Included In The Contract And With The Offer Price Given By The Contractor For Each Item. This Modification Becomes Immaterial Since It Does Not Change The Financial Balance Of The Contract (Article 132 Par. 1E), As A Necessary Condition Is That These Changes Will Range Up To The Limits Of The Contract Amount.
