The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Of Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property And Monitoring Of Signals From Alarm And Fire Protection Systems At The Wrocław Pawłowice Educational And Development Center Of The University Of Environmental And Life Sciences In Wrocław, As Well As Protection Of Outdoor Events. 3. The Service Includes In Particular: 1) 24/7 Single-Person Staffing Of A Permanent Post - 17,544 Man-Hours; 2) Two Planned Tours Of The Area Each Day - A Total Of 1,462 Tours; 3) 24-Hour Readiness Of A Two-Person, Unarmed And Motorized Intervention Patrol And Intervention Upon Request; For The Purposes Of Price Calculation, 104 Paid Interventions Are Assumed; 4) Protection Of Outdoor Events – 554 Man-Hours; 5) Services Launched Under The Option Law. 4. The Ordering Party Guarantees: 1) The Use Of At Least 70% Of The Number Of Man-Hours Of The Permanent Post Covered By The Basic Order, I.E. At Least 12,281 Man-Hours Out Of The Planned 17,544 Man-Hours; 2) Execution Of At Least 70% Of The Planned Detours Of The Area Covered By The Basic Order, I.E. At Least 1,024 Detours Out Of The Planned 1,462 Detours; 3) The Above Warranty Does Not Cover The Intervention Of An Intervention Patrol, Protection Of Outdoor Events Or Services Covered By The Option Law. The Quantities For These Services Are Estimates And Will Be Billed According To Actual Performance. 5. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Place And Hours Of Providing Services, Staff Responsibilities, Requirements For Patrols And Rules Of Documentation And Control Are Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 6. Detailed Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of Services And The Contractors Liability Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 7. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Educational And Development Center Wrocław Pawłowice Of The University Of Environmental And Life Sciences In Wrocław, Within The Area Indicated In The Opz. 8. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Swz, Opz And Ppu. 9. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Complete, And Its Content Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Order Execution Method With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes, The Procedures In Force At The Facilities And The Instructions Of The Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party.
